  1. In a bowl, whisk together seasoning, cream, and water. Set aside.  
  2. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon; sear 2–3 min per side or until golden.  
  3. Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cover and cook until wilted.  
  4. Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, if desired.
